The hotel offers a wonderful experience with beautiful views and spacious rooms close to the pools and sea. The Asian restaurant is a must-try for an entertaining dining experience. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff making the stay soothing and fantastic. The location is ideal, close to Tulum's attractions and offering a great selection of amenities. The dining options are diverse, offering daily new food selections, and the facilities are impressive.
The hotel offers large and very nice rooms away from the main restaurant area. The cobblestone noise in the mornings can be a bit loud but overall a comfortable stay. Staff was not really friendly but excelled at capturing intimate moments during excursions to various ruins. The beautiful location allowed for stunning views of pelicans diving into the sea and well-groomed grounds, though seaweed made swimming challenging. Dining was a mix of disappointing and great experiences with a wide range of dish options to choose from.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were conveniently located close to the beach but had some issues with faulty air conditioning. The staff was friendly and attentive, but some services like meal delivery could be more efficient. The location offered beautiful surroundings but was affected by an algae bloom. The dining options were repetitive, and the facilities were decent overall.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel with stunning views of the ocean and a central location near all the main facilities. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and I especially loved the brilliant bathroom amenities. The only downside was having to queue for dining at timeshare reps' tables. The service was exceptional, highlighted by the super friendly staff who took excellent care of us. The location was excellent, less crowded and more natural, offering a fantastic beach experience. The dining options were decent but not overly exciting. The facilities were top-notch, with everything needed for a great stay.
